Target: New members, beginners, young leaders, anyone joining IGLI

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS

Mid-Level Leadership Development (Growth Stage)
(Duration: 6–10 Weeks)
Target: Graduates of the Basic Level
Goal: To build competence, confidence, and practical leadership ability

Senior/Master Class Leadership (Maturity & Deployment Stage)
(Duration: 8–12 Weeks)
Target: Leaders ready for advanced leadership
Goal: To produce leaders who can represent IGLI anywhere

–Leadership Coaching & Mentorship Systems
